Thanks for joining us again. Today we will introduce you to our Patient Coordinator – Skye Robinson.
At Hartwell Dentistry, we are committed to giving you the best possible care.
As the Patient Coordinator, I will be your first point of contact. I am here to help you from the initial phone call to the completion of your treatment.
Getting to know you is what I do well. I will learn about your specific dental needs and wishes, as it is my goal to support you throughout the process of your treatment.
At our initial contact, either on the phone or in person, I will get to know your preferences. It could be as simple as knowing that you generally require an earlier appointment time or the fact that you like to have a cup of tea after your arrival.
Once our dentists have evaluated your dental needs, I will be there every step of the way to guide you from the beginning to the completion of your treatment. I will help you through the process of your treatment plan from appointment time to pre-medication. I can be called at anytime to answer your enquiries, a bit like your personal concierge here at Hartwell Dentistry.
We understand that visiting the dentist can be challenging. However, through my role as Patient Coordinator, we aim to make each visit as comfortable and easy as possible.
Outside of my role as Patient Coordinator, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my friends, bushwalking, camping and driving 4WDs around Victoria. Recently I have completed the Kokoda Track with my sister and the Oxfam trail walk. I look forward to discovering more places to visit, both in Australia and Overseas.
