Dr Dana – Biography
Dr Dana grew up in North Melbourne and graduated from the University of Melbourne in 1990 and, together with her husband, ran three private practices in Victoria’s Western District for eight years. Her passion for dentistry began early, seeing how oral health directly impacts overall wellbeing and quality of life. Outside the clinic, Dana is happiest at home or in the open air. She loves walking her dog, keeping active through exercise, and exploring health and wellness in everyday life. A keen traveller but also a homebody at heart, she enjoys simple routines that bring balance and energy, and treasures time with her three children and family.
Dental Focus
Inspired by her own family and her belief in living well, Dr Dana’s approach to dentistry is rooted in prevention and whole-body wellness. She sees the mouth as a gateway to overall health—when teeth, gums, mouth and the bite are in balance, it supports good sleep, posture, vitality, and confidence. Her clinical interests include the oral-systemic connection, gum surgery, implants, and aesthetic dentistry. She is also skilled in advanced gum regeneration techniques, including the Pinhole and tunnelling methods, always with the aim of helping patients look and feel their best.

Dr Matthew – Biography
Dr Matthew was born in Melbourne, educated at Xavier College, and graduated with Honours from the University of Melbourne in 1990. Growing up in Hawthorn, he began his career in a Gold Coast cosmetic practice before moving with his wife to Victoria’s Western District in 1994, where they cared for the Hamilton community for seven years. Returning to Melbourne, they established their Camberwell practice, and in early 2009 moved into their current state-of-the-art premises on Toorak Road. Outside the clinic, Dr Matt is passionate about health and wellness. He enjoys exercise, yoga, and pilates, alongside time with his three children. He also finds joy in biking, skiing, the beach, theatre, antiques, cooking, and sport.

Gentle and patient-focused, Dr Matt combines a passion for learning with a commitment to excellence in care. A lifelong student, he has pursued advanced training well beyond requirements at leading institutions worldwide, including the Las Vegas Institute and the Pankey Institute. Over the past decade, he completed extensive study at the Kois Center in Seattle and, in 2016, became Australia’s first Kois Mentor—helping dentists internationally to excel in advanced dentistry. With over 35 years of continuing education, his expertise spans restorative, aesthetic, and periodontal care, as well as sleep-related issues. His goal is to provide world-class dentistry in a calm, supportive environment where patients feel truly cared for.
First Kois Mentor
Over the past 30 years Dr Fleming has studied and graduated from the Kois Centre. In 2016 after passing written and oral presentation exams he became the first Kois Mentor from Australia. This will allow him to help INTERNATIONAL DENTISTS TO EXCEL in the advanced curriculum.
With over 30 years of continuing education Matthew has learnt from almost all the world leaders in dentistry. Focusing on areas such as restorative dentistry, aesthetic/cosmetic dentistry, endodontics, periodontal medicine and sleep issues. He has also attended numerous conferences, hands on courses, symposiums and meetings.

Dr Gavin – Biography
Dr Gavin graduated from La Trobe University with a Bachelor of Health Sciences in Dentistry and a Master of Dentistry. Known for his quick wit and love of a good laugh, he’s often found testing out his ever-growing (and sometimes questionable) joke repertoire on friends, family, and the occasional patient. A passionate North Melbourne supporter, Gavin bravely holds his ground in a clinic full of Hawthorn fans—though the friendly rivalry always stays outside the dental chair. When he’s not at the clinic, he’s either enjoying comedy shows, dreaming of a Melbourne Comedy Festival debut, or cheering on his beloved Kangaroos (and Arsenal, when they’re lifting the FA Cup).
Dental Focus
Professionally, Gavin has a strong interest in orthodontics, jaw pain, and airway health. He is a firm believer in interceptive orthodontics and the early treatment of malocclusion in children, a passion that began when he worked at the Myobrace Clinic in Bondi, Sydney. Since then, he has lectured both in Australia and overseas on airway-focused orthodontics. Gavin also enjoys restorative and cosmetic dentistry, often combining aligner treatments such as Invisalign and Suresmile with porcelain restorations to deliver smiles that are both beautiful and long-lasting.

Liza Millard
More About Liza
Liza has been practicing as a Dental Hygienist since graduating as Dux from The University of Melbourne in 2005, and since then, her passion has been to help people live their best dental life through learning and encouragement.
Liza enjoys traveling, having volunteered with Rotary Australia in Vietnam. During that time, Liza visited isolated areas in the Vietnamese countryside to assist with complex Maxillo-facial surgeries, train local dental students and educate children in good dental hygiene habits.
Away from the dental setting, Liza is a mum to two busy, and chaotic, teenage children. She strongly advocates for good mental health, and achieves this with regular cycling and swimming, cooking for friends & family and enjoyment of the arts, especially live music.

Genevieve Bailey
More About Genevieve
Genevieve is an experienced dental hygienist specialising in periodontal medicine and preventive dentistry. Her love of dentistry started early 2000.
She has always had a passion for educating young people about dental health and started her career with the School Dental Service in central Queensland.
Afterward, she pursued further studies in preventive dentistry. During her time in the industry, she has witnessed the influence of dietary and lifestyle habits on oral health, leading her to emphasise patient education on the connection between oral and general well-being during practice.
In her free time, she participates in Pilates and Yoga.
Her ethos is: “health is wealth.”

Naomi is a proud graduate of The University of Melbourne and is passionate about helping patients of all ages achieve healthy, confident smiles. She believes that great oral health begins with a balance of personalized home care and gentle, proactive treatments, and she enjoys working with patients to find solutions that suit their unique needs.
Outside the clinic, she’s an avid traveller, book lover, and gym enthusiast. Coming from a family of four who are all big animal lovers, she’s kept on her toes by her two cats and toy poodle.
